Happy New Year! 2014 has been a busy year so far, but thing are going really well. We started off 2014 with a traditional New Year's dinner of cornbread (gold), collard greens (dollars), black eyed peas (luck), and fried chicken (because it tastes good). We also made special New Years cookies, basically a donut that the boys really enjoy. It's a special tradition we all look forward to. There has been a lot of snow here in Boston and some chilly days. We try to be creative with ways to enjoy our inside time though. TV time - always fun! Why share when each kid can use a different tablet?! Of course we don't always stay inside - we just have to bundle up warmly for outside time. The boys are all ready to go sledding! Fun times.
